Thania and Rodolfo Engaged & Married

I am so glad that I had the opportunity to photograph Thania and Rodolfo's engagement.  But, I also had the opportunity to photograph their wedding and reception and it was a blast!  This couple is precious! They are so in love and so sweet!  Thania, recently joined face book, and I could "tag" her and place some of her pics on there for her!  But, I thought that I would post a few favorites to the blog too.  Especially while our website is in the process of being built.  So, Stay tuned and Enjoy!

"Wills"

I am so happy that Wills Grandparents brought him into the studio a few weeks ago!  We had such a fun time getting to photograph him!  He's so adorable!  Beautiful eyes, big smile and patriotic too!  We started off the session indoors in his own personal
Adirondack chair!

Then we went outdoors to our studio courtyard.  We were a bit worried about the heat...but a couple of weeks ago, we really
lucked out with some nice temperatures. It really
felt GREAT!  Wills brought his little patriotic flag and he
enjoyed the surroundings and his grandparents!  Overall, I think
we had a successful portrait session!  Lots of great images conveying the special time spent with his grandparents.
I hope you enjoy these favorites.  Your
portraits will arrive soon, and you will be able to reflect upon
them for many many years to come!  Thank you for
sharing Wills with us and I look forward to watching him
grow and being part of helping you preserve the memories through
photography.
Enjoy!

Grandma Marilyn's Treat

It has been a long time since I've seen Jackson and gotten to photograph him, but Marilyn brought him in to my studio at River Oaks about five or six summers ago.  He was visiting her for the summer and she brought him into the studio to have his portrait made.  I was fortunate to photograph him then and get to see him all grown up!!!  A lot has changed since then.  He now has a little brother, Graham and a new little sister Willow!  What a blast these three little ones were!  They jumped right into the routine and we started outside photographing their little sister first.  She's a trouper! Full of smiles and big brown amazing eyes!  Then we followed up with the boys and grabbed a couple shots of all three kiddos.  We also grabbed a couple shots with Mom and Dad too!  They did not expect that!  I am at this very moment realizing that we didn't include GRANDMA!  She had no intention of having her picture taken and she skated out of that one! But, it's really never NOT the right time to take a picture!  We need to seize the opportunity any and every time we can.  :)  I'll get you next time Marilyn!  Hope you have a wonderful time this summer Marilyn and enjoy your little ones!  Thanks for allowing me to photograph them and sharing them with me!

Baby Jude

I really had a great time photographing this little man!  He is so precious!  So ALERT and WIDE awake :)  We had a little time to hang out and get to know each other...which I did not mind at All!  Finally, when he went to sleep, he crashed!  We got some great images, and now on to making some cute images, book, and wall portraits!  Enjoy the slide show for now!

Katie Sr. '13 Tioga High School

Katie's Sr. pics turned out so cute!!!  She has gorgeous auburn hair and green eyes!  How could you go wrong with that?  Especially with outdoor pics, against the little bit of wisteria that we have left along the outskirts of our courtyard.  Good luck Katie with the rest of the Sr. year and your upcoming college life!  It was great getting to meet you and getting to photograph you!  enjoy!

Timothy Mathews Sr '13 ASH

It's been a busy couple of months trying to fit all the high school seniors in and I have been falling behind...but, I'm doing some catching up this evening and I'll be posting some picture of some fun high school seniors! It's been fun trying to find some new spots to photograph outdoors too.

I've photographed Timothy''s two older brothers, and his family too!  It's Timothy's turn and he's a high school senior from ASH and he will be attending Louisiana Tech with a lot of other high school seniors from the area.

My favorite image of Timothy has to be the ones where he's walking casually down the street...I think that's Lee St. and he's looking out into the traffic.  But, he really didn't have an easy task!  He's a natural in front of the camera!

Good luck with college Tim and enjoy the last couple of weeks of your high school senior year!
Enjoy!
